SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Most of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology to reduce waste and ensure quality. Here's what to expect:
- Print-on-Demand Items: 2-7 business days for production
- Custom/Handmade Items: 1-3 business days for processing
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced and shipped, delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to get to you faster. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
